Laurent Bossard
Chief Financial Officer, BMO Head for CCB Operations and Head of CCB Location Strategy @Chase
Laurent is the Chief Financial Officer, BMO Head for CCB Operations and Head of CCB Location Strategy.   Laurent’s prior roles at Chase include Head of Business Management for CCB Tech, President of the Private Label Credit Card Segment and Head of Business Engineering for Chase Card and then for CCB overall.     Prior to joining Chase in 2008, Laurent spent 11 years at GE Capital. After several roles as relationship manager to major retailers, Laurent moved into his first Business Leader role as President of GE Partnership Marketing Group in 2005 and then in 2006 he became the CEO of GE- WMC Mortgage, which GE exited in 2007.   Laurent holds a MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is married with two children. He lives in Westchester County, NY and enjoys working out, tennis, photography and cooking.
Wayne Cascio
Distinguished Professor Emeritus at the University of Colorado, and a cofounder of the CU Denver Business School @University of Colorado Denver
Wayne Cascio is a former president of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has served as a member of the Academy of Management’s Board of Governors. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources, the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the Australian Human Resources Institute. Professor Cascio received the Distinguished Career award from the HR Division of the Academy of Management in 1999; an honorary doctorate from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, in 2004; and the Michael R. Losey Human Resources Research Award from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2010. In 2013, he received the Distinguished Scientific Contributions Award from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and in 202016, by a vote of 90 countries, he received the George Petitpas [Lifetime Achievement] Award from the World Federation of People Management Association
Julie Whelan
Global Head of Occupier Thought Leadership @CBRE
Julie Whelan leads a global team of researchers tasked with identifying major trends impacting commercial real estate occupiers across all industries. Julie also works directly with CBRE professionals across the Advisory & Transaction Services business to advise clients on real estate markets and strategies around the world. An expert on the future of work, Julie is particularly interested in how the fundamental shifts toward sustainability and flexibility are reshaping the strategy and utilization of space. As a public speaker, she provides critical context for both massive and subtle shifts in the commercial real estate market, and her analysis has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, USA TODAY, Forbes, Business Insider, Bloomberg, Axios, CNBCM and more. With decades of experience working on both the client and services sides of the industry, Julie built her career creating data-driven insights that influence the C-suite on matters related to real estate in large institutions.
